Borivoje Savic formed Eagle Tours in June 1999 with TV 2257 Toyota Coaster. Full size coaches were then purchased in 2000, with the business concentrating on the provision of full size coaches to the inbound market. The business was incorporated as Eagle Tours Pty Ltd 26/6/05, with that company becoming the operating company for the business from 1/7/05.
The business mix changed in February 2009 with the awarding of a tender for RailCorp servicing three employee shuttles. This contract has since been renewed twice.
